Assault: Our second highest intensity class available. Very high paced with big movement.
Spartan: Our most intense class of the week. Everything from heavy weights and fast explosive movements to sprints into long runs.
This class will test you mentally and physically.
HIIT n Run: HIIT style workout flowing into either a short sprint or a longer run.
Suited to those with a moderate level of fitness and ability, with Spartan best suited to a high level of fitness and ability.
