Conditions for accepting Dine NSW Vouchers

How it will work:

Once you have applied for and downloaded your Services NSW Dine & Discover voucher

STEP 1: Present one Services NSW dine voucher to the reception staff. Vouchers will be accepted 7 days a week including public holidays for food and non-alcoholic beverages. Club specific Dine NSW coupons will be issued by reception after scanning the Services NSW QR voucher code (Each Club coupon is valued at $25).

STEP 2: Customers will present their reception issued Club Voucher to staff at the bistro, coffee shop and possibly bar (this must still be a single transaction for more than $25 and not valid for alcoholic beverages).

STEP 3: Customers are reminded that coupons may only be redeemed for a transaction with a value of $25 or more.

STEP 4: Staff will scan the barcode on the coupon before completing the transaction.

STEP 5: Customers will receive a $25 dollar discount off the total transaction with a value of $25 or more.

The coupons will work in addition to or in conjunction with all other promotions and discounts. Points, cash or card can be used to pay the balance remaining above $25.

Important Coupon Redemption Conditions

Club Coupons can only be redeemed in full lots of $25.
This means that a single coupon must only be applied to transactions with a value of $25 or more.
You will not be able to use on a transaction under $25 in total value.

Other Coupon Redemption Conditions

Customers may only use one Club issued voucher per transaction, per day.
However, customers may pool their vouchers with other people’s vouchers to pay for the one transaction.

Club issued vouchers are valid on day of issue only.
