The Stroke Recovery Association NSW has developed a number of online support groups that are available to any member of the Association throughout NSW.

Woonona Bulli RSL is also the meeting point for your local Stroke Recovery Group that meet at the Club on the first Thursday of each month at 10:30am until midday.
The group usually has lunch together after the meeting. You are more than welcome to join the group for lunch but there’s no obligation.

The group also runs outings on the second Thursday of each month. The bus for theses outings leaves from outside the gym promptly at the Woonona Bulli RSL Club at 9:00am.
Outings vary from month to month and more information on these outings is available by contacting the local Assistant Secretary.
