OK2PLAY? – Letter to Members

Woonona Bulli RSL both value and care about our members.

On a daily basis, the Board, management and staff as a whole, strive to bring you the best facilities, customer service, dining experiences, entertainment and more, all within a venue that you can enjoy and be proud to visit.

As part of our ongoing care and commitment to ensuring the valued member experience, it is our pleasure to announce we will be introducing the new OK2PLAY? technology platform into our venue this month.

OK2PLAY? is a new digital platform that checks in with our members prior to entering the venue to confirm they feel “OK” to play today.

For most of our Woonona Bulli RSL members, using the facilities that our venue offers is a fun and social experience. For those that respond yes to OK2PLAY?, the experience will remain unchanged.

However, if you are a member who finds at times, you don’t feel “OK”, please see this as an opportunity to discreetly ask for assistance. The OK2PLAY? platform provides in-venue assistance, at the time you need it. At the push of a button, or by scanning a QR code, a message is sent directly to an onsite senior member of our team, who can reach out.

We are proud to act as a discreet and empathetic channel to seek further help. It is the goal of Woonona Bulli RSL to not only make it socially acceptable to ask for help, but to normalise the conversation within our venue.

As an integral part of our community, Woonona Bulli RSL has a social responsibility to our patrons, members, and community. By implementing OK2PLAY? we are investing in support and taking our responsibility to our members seriously.
